If this is your first time sending us e-mail, or if you just want to be sure to submit
all your information correctly, you can follow these simple instructions.

Highlight the text from What is your name? all the way down to the Date.
Right click and select Copy.

Click on the e-mail link.  A Windows verification window may pop up.  This is to let you know you are sending e-mail through your e-mail client and that your address will be used to the send the e-mail.  If it does pop up, just click Ok.  Check that the subject line of the e-mail form reads Model Application, if not you will need to enter it on the subject line.

Right click on the e-mail form and choose Paste.  You will then be able to see your completed application on the e-mail.  If you need to add comments or more information about yourself to the e-mail, hit Enter on your keyboard three times, and just start typing.  Click Send, to e-mail your application to our agency.
